Vitti Mountain Guides rock climbing programs include both highest-level professional instruction and guided ascent of the region’s finest routes. Bookings are always customized to fit our guest’s goals, fitness and experience. Premiums are placed on safety, learning objectives and the fundamental joy of climbing out of doors. An eight hour day is typical for the Gunks or similar terrain. For custom trips, please contact us for more information.

Rates & Cancellations

Your booking date is secure once payment has been received. Single day bookings can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the booking with a full refund. Cancellation made less than 14 days from the booking date are responsible for the full booking price.

Multi-day bookings/Trips are planned well in advance. A full refund will be made for cancellations made thirty days prior to the date of the booking. Travel expenses paid in advance for plane tickets, car rental or other payments made by VMG are not refundable. Cancellation made less than thirty days from booking date are not refundable. Guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance through the American Alpine Club. (add link here).

For one day bookings with forecasted weather conditions that would likely result in unsafe conditions, all efforts will be made by VMG to reschedule. Decisions about cancelling are solely up to VMG with an eye toward risk management. VMG will provide a refund only after all efforts at rescheduling the booking are made. Refunds will be made within seven days of booking date.
